Please arrive by 5:30 PM so you have time to park and get settled before the ceremony. Parking availability may be limited close to the Boathouse and may be a 5 - 10 minute walk away. Trolley service is offered by Evermore Resort throughout the resort complex and is available in designated areas.

Yes — the ceremony will be held outdoors on the Boathouse Lawn. Please dress accordingly based on the weather forecast for that day. We recommend light layers and comfortable shoes.

Feel free to take your own photos, but please know that we will have a fantastic photographer and videographer and will share photos and video following the event. That said, we also recognize that you may want to take your own photos - and that's perfectly okay; just ensure your device is set to silent.

We do not have a specific dress code; we want you to be comfortable in whatever you choose to wear. Thats said, we do expect most of our attendees will be wearing semi-formal attire. It's also worth taking into consideration that portions of the event will be both outdoors and indoors, so plan accordingly.

In the event of rain or other inclement weather, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place completely indoors within the Boathouse.

Yes, children may attend. We do ask however that you please monitor any children that you bring and minimize any disruptions particularly during the ceremony.

Guests should plan their own transportation to and from the venue. Rideshares are welcome and encouraged if you plan to enjoy the bar. Please ensure that the rideshare service drops and picks-up at The Landing (which is located next to the Boathouse). Drop offs/pick-ups in other locations at Evermore Resort may be quite far from the venue.

You may explore the resort grounds, but you must be an overnight resort guest staying onsite to enjoy amenities such as the beaches, Crystal Lagoon, swimming pools, and other recreational activities.

Yes — Evermore Resort is walkable with scenic, paved paths. Once at the Boathouse, the event spaces are located next to each other with minimal walking required. Guests staying on property may also take advantage of the resort trolley with designated stops throughout Evermore Resort, or rent a golf cart for a daily rate/fee.

We have a limited number of people that we can accomodate overall and only select invitees may bring others with them. These invitees will see the option for additional Guests on their RSVP. If you have an extenuating circumstance, let us know by using this form.

We love the Earth! With that said... our wedding day falling on Earth Day in 2026 is just a coincidence. April 22 is our dating anniversary, and our wedding day will offically mark two years of being happily together!
